Police have released a surveillance photo of a woman suspected of using a stolen credit card. Mounties say they received complaints from Spiritwood, Sask. businesses that a woman was trying to make large purchases, including gift cards, with a tampered Visa card.
The magnetic strip and chip of the card didn’t work, but would if the number was entered manually.
