TORONTO – Police have released a photograph of a Toronto man wanted for murder in connection to an incident in North York.
Police say a tenant of a building the Bathurst Street and Finch Avenue West area was found in medical distress by a neighbour on Dec. 8 around 11 a.m.
Angel Payan Almendarez, 22, is wanted for attempted murder in the case.
He is described as 5’8”, with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes.
He may be driving a white Honda Civic with Ontario licence plate BXKB 387.
