Canadian music producer David Foster and his wife Yolanda (of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fame) have announced that they’re getting a divorce after nine years of marriage.

In a statement to People magazine, the couple said, “Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways. We’ve shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues.”

The couple did not elaborate on reasons for the split, but there is much speculation that problems began for the couple when Yolanda was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, and it might help explain why “health reasons” was included in their People statement.
