CALGARY – One of our city’s favourite holiday traditions is set to light up Friday night at the Calgary Zoo.
Over 1.5 million lights, 200 displays and crackling fire pits will transform the zoo into a winter wonderland, along with activity zones, a skating rink and free visits with Santa.

The steamy hot chocolate will also keep you nice and toasty!
The exhibit runs from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. until Jan. 2. It’s closed Christmas Day and requires a separate ticket for “Zoo Year’s Eve.”
Tickets are $14 for adults and $11 for kids.
This year there’s also a new interactive light display.
