Huskies, Hilltops set for spring camp in Saskatoon

SASKATOON – The Saskatchewan Huskies quest for the 2015 Vanier Cup begins Thursday when spring camp officially gets underway. The 15th annual Dogs Breakfast kicks everything off that morning, featuring special guest Ronnie Lott.

The team hits the field for their first practice at 6:10 p.m. Thursday at Griffiths Stadium. Spring camp concludes Sunday with the annual Green and White Scrimmage.

Across town, the reigning Canadian Bowl champions also kick off their spring camp this weekend.

The Saskatoon Hilltops’ opening practice is Thursday night, with everything coming to an end Sunday afternoon with the annual Blue &Gold Scrimmage.

  • 8:45 a.m. – Rookies practice
  • 10:30 a.m. – Vets practice

  • 9:30 a.m. – Full team practice
  • 1:30 p.m. – Blue & Gold Scrimmage
