One person is dead after an industrial accident at a commercial development site in downtown Toronto.
Police say a man in his thirties fell 16 feet and was unconscious upon their arrival.
They say emergency crews preformed CPR on the man at the scene but he later succumbed to his injuries.

This is the second industrial accident to take place on Thursday. Two people were also injured after an explosion at a construction site in Brampton early Thursday morning.
