TORONTO – Céline Dion says she has to feed her ailing husband René Angélil because he can’t use his mouth.

Angélil, who has doubled as Dion’s manager, had surgery in December 2013 to remove a cancerous tumour.

In an interview with Good Morning America set to air Wednesday, Dion says Angélil has a feeding tube and she helps him eat three times a day.
