EDMONTON – The body of an 82-year-old Beaumont man who had been missing for two days was found on a remote road south of Edmonton Thursday morning.
Leonard Labonté’s body was found near his vehicle on a service road near Nisku at around 7:30 a.m. by a worker from a nearby industrial park.

RCMP said they don’t know the cause of Labonté’s death but they don’t suspect foul play. The investigation into the exact cause of death continues.
Labonté’s family reported him missing Tuesday.
