MONTREAL – A century old tradition at McGill University known as “The Great Snowball Fight of 1900” was renewed on Friday.

The event was organized by McGill students, Derrick Linker and Marti Moshfeghi, who were looking to relieve stress during exam period.
They made the call on social media, “take a study break to hit someone in the face with a snowball, great stress reliever,” they posted.
Students from Concordia Univerity and Université de Montréal also joined the snow battle.
