CALGARY- WestJet customers can now fly non-stop to Penticton, B.C.
The Calgary-based airline began non-stop service to the city in B.C. Sunday morning, giving customers easier access to the south Okanagan.

The flight is part of WestJet’s regional carrier expansion program and will reduce flight travel time between the two cities by at least two hours.
The flight from Calgary to Penticton will leave once daily just after 2 p.m. on Bombardier Q400 NextGen planes.
The city of Penticton hopes it will increase business and tourism opportunities.
