If you have any lingering questions for Kinder Morgan on the future of the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project, tonight is the time to ask.

The company is holding a Twitter town hall from 8 to 9 p.m.

The town hall will feature the company’s director of marine development and other members of the marine team.

Anyone can Tweet their questions and follow the discussion using the #AskTransMtn hashtag.

The town hall follows last month’s ruling by the National Energy Board that Kinder Morgan cannot breach Burnaby city bylaws in order to conduct surveys for their Trans Mountain pipeline route.

Kinder Morgan asked the NEB to intervene after city crews blocked the company from doing surveying work on Burnaby Mountain. As part of the work, Kinder Morgan cut down several trees.

The current mayor of Burnaby has previously said if Kinder Morgan’s application to expand their pipeline is approved without amendments, he would stand in front of a bulldozer.

Already, there has been a number of questions raised on the pipeline’s environmental and commercial impact.
