In January 2010, a $1,900 log outhouse was stolen from the Rooks Sawmill in Lumby.
Now Robert Andel, 55, from the North Okanagan has been sentenced to nine months in jail.
Andel is described as a prolific offender and will be heading to trial next month, where he is accused of slamming a stolen pick-up truck into a Vernon home.
