WINNIPEG – People unhappy about bumpy, cratered roads have been calling the city to complain about potholes at a rate of roughly 27 times a day this year.
Information made available on the city’s open data portal shows 5,683 calls for service related to potholes made to the 311 call centre since Jan. 1, 2014.
