The 34th Annual Calgary Police Half Marathon and 5K Run & Walk kicked off Sunday morning at Mount Royal University.
Luckily the weather improved just in time for Calgary’s first major run of the season. The run has only been cancelled once in its history due to heavy snow.

This year, 2000 runners and walkers participated in the event.
