FREDERICTON – The regulations for New Brunswick’s new catastrophic drug plan are now online.

The government is seeking public input on the proposed rules.

The draft regulations include information about premiums and co-payments.

Health Minister Hugh Flemming says the plan will help New Brunswickers avoid catastrophic drug costs and ensure that prescription drug insurance is available to every resident.

Flemming says the regulations also outline the rules for enrolment and the requirements for insurers and pharmacies.
