CALGARY – Police are looking to the public for help in identifying a suspect in a violent sexual assault last month.
It happened in the early morning hours on Wednesday, January 15, 2014.
Police say a woman was sitting in the area of 14 Street and 15 Avenue S.E. around 12:30 a.m. when she was approached by a man driving a silver, newer model PT Cruiser.

The victim got into the man’s vehicle, and was taken to a location in Sunalta where she was sexually assaulted and beaten.
She was later found abandon in an alley in the 2200 block of 24A Street S.W.
Police have released a composite drawing of the suspect, who is described as being in his early-to-mid 30s, approximately 6’ tall, with a slim build.
He was clean-shaven with short, dirty-blond hair and a distinct Adam’s apple.
At the time of the assault, he was wearing glasses, a blue, button-down collared shirt, jeans and a black leather jacket.
