As the suspects were seen in the vehicle, police received an additional complaint of a residential fire in Goodfish Lake First Nation.

RCMP said they believe both the firearms complaint and the residential fire are connected.

St. Paul RCMP, Lloydminster and Cold Lake police dog services, RCMP air services, RCMP emergency response team and other surrounding detachments helped contain the area and locate the three suspects without incident, RCMP said.
