ReVision – the art of recycling group and the Sculpture Society of BC have partnered with Westbank Corp to exhibit members’ work highlighting Climate Disaster, interrogating the negative impact humans have on our physical environment through socio-political factors.

MAINalley, a popup gallery is temporarily housed in the industrial zoned area in the Mt. Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver, is located at 114 E. 4th Ave.

Opening reception will be held on Thursday, July 14 from 6-10 PM.

Gallery hours:

  • Friday: 12pm – 4:30pm
  • Saturday: 11am -5pm
  • Sunday: 12pm – 4:30pm, ReVision portion of the exhibition only

We’ll be offering workshops and art talks, details to be announced on our website.

ReVision promotes recycling through exhibitions and demonstrations of art made from recycled, salvaged, or found materials. They make art to raise consciousness about the importance of environmental issues – plastic pollution, destruction of the biosphere and the global climate disaster.

The Sculptors’ Society of BC is a non-profit organization and CRA registered charity of professional sculptors dedicated to promoting sculpture in British Columbia. Through their exhibitions and other activities they raise public awareness of sculptors, their techniques and the themes of their work.
