A Kay Meek Fundraiser WVSS Sports Field The 2022 Sneakers Ball on Saturday, June 4, 2022, is a fundraiser for the Kay Meek Arts Centre. After such an unprecedented two years we are ready for a party! COVID-19 derailed our 2021 plans so we are doubling our efforts and moving the event under a marquee on the WV Senior Secondary Sports Track. Queer as Funk is also back to help you dance the night away, and Pastamelis will be serving up their delicious sliders. Funds raised through the Sneakers Ball will go to support the Kay Meek’s 2022/23 online streaming program, ensuring everyone has access to their events. The arts have been particularly hard hit by the pandemic, so this year’s fundraising efforts are more important than ever. Your contribution will help support these efforts. Let’s ensure the Kay Meek comes back is stronger than ever. Tickets: Earlybird until May 13 – $125 Group of 10: $100 per ticket (maximum purchase 30 tickets) Regular – $150 Please Note: Ticket discounts will be automatically applied in your Shopping Cart. Includes admission, sliders from Pastamelis & $50 tax receipt. Door and Cash Bar are open at 7:30pm with music and dance kicking off the evening at 8pm.
