Discover Birds with Owl Rescue and the Ecology Centre Wednesday, December 2, 2020. 10:00 am to 11:00 am Cost: $3.95 https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/128258938939 Learn about BC’s birds and local owls with our virtual program featuring the Ecology Centre and OWL Rescue. Discover the beauty of Vancouver’s birds and learn about their evolution and adaptations. You’ll also get a virtual visit from one of OWL Rescue’s raptor ambassadors. This presentation is suitable for ages 5 and up. Adults are welcome. OWL (Orphaned Wildlife) Rehabilitation Society is a non-profit organization whose staff and volunteers are dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured and orphaned raptors and to educating the public on the conservation and importance of them.
