Old school hip hop and craft beer fans alike can get their fix and usher in the new year in fine style when Fraserhood hangout and beer hall Bells and Whistles hosts its second annual ‘Ball Drop’ New Year’s Eve party on Tuesday, December 31. Beginning at 9 p.m., guests can enjoy Bells and Whistles’ signature versions of classic Americana roadside fare and selection of local craft beer — as well as Happy Hour specials throughout the night — while local DJs spin the best throwback hip hop before toasting the arrival of 2020 with a glass of bubbly at midnight.
