Denman Island Home and Garden Tour

With spring finally here and summer just around the corner, it’s that time of year again when the Denman Conservancy Association and generous Denman Islanders invite us to marvel at stunning homes and meticulously-kept gardens. This highly anticipated self-guided tour gives visitors a chance to view unique homes and gardens tucked away at the end of winding driveways, and tucked behind gates and hedges. The biannual Home & Garden Tour, taking place on Saturday and Sunday, June 15-16 from 9:30 am to 5 pm is the DCA’s largest fundraising event. 12 properties diverse properties offer something for everyone, against the backdrop of Denman’s pastoral and ocean views. Features this year include: the garden of Canadian gardening icon Des Kennedy, stunning west coast style homes with panoramic views; homes built with innovative use of recycled and reclaimed materials, sun and shade gardens; mature gardens and new gardens; organic working farms and a vineyard; fascinating art collections and workshops.
