(UBC) “Romantic Piano with Libby Yu” House Concert with Wine

Music Friends (www.mymusicfriends.com) is thrilled to welcome esteemed pianist Libby Yu – Piano to our series with two solo performances at UBC and Richmond! This will be an unforgettable opportunity to hear one of Canada’s most acclaimed artists in a casual and intimate setting! [NOTE: The same program will be offered on two dates in two different homes. She will perform a beautiful selection of music intended for a salon setting from Chopin and Schubert, along with the Chinese folksong inspired Liu Yang River by Wang Jianzhong. 7:30pm – 8:30pm: Performance, with brief spoken introductions for each piece 8:30pm – 9:30pm: Mingling over complimentary wine and snacks The exact address of the host will be sent to ticket holders.
