The Association of Change Management Professonals Manitoba Chapter presents: Getting to Know Yourself so You Can Assist Others through the Change Process •Having issues getting through to certain stakeholders? •Frustrated by the speed in which they move towards change? •Can you identify behaviors that are holding back the change initiatives but not sure what to do with this information? •Are there blindsides to the decision making, conflict management and culture in your sponsorship team? Many of the answers can be found through better understanding of yourself and others. There are a variety of psychometric assessments available to Change Professionals. The DiSC method helps people identify who they tend to ‘show up as’, every day, at work. Once you have an understanding for your own behavior tendencies, you can start to compare to other styles and begin to adapt your preferred behaviors to get the most from the others.
