Do you want to know how to save money in the grocery store while increasing your nutrition levels? Come on out and learn in a fun environment how to identify “every day” edible wild food that you can use in the kitchen! Don’t worry if you are at a loss as to how to use this food — you’ll learn on an edible plant walk and in the kitchen!
You’ll discover unique ways to use wild plants that will boost your nutrition, taste great, and will help to keep you healthy.
$10 per person + one canned good for the Havelock Food Bank.
