Community Blood Drive – Give Blood. Help Save Lives. Canadian Blood Services will host a mobile blood donation event in Winnipeg on Thursday, October 1, 2026, with more than 100 appointment spots available for community members who are eligible to donate. Every blood donation can make a meaningful difference for patients across Canada who rely on donated blood for medical treatments, surgeries, emergencies and ongoing care. The blood drive is open to everyone in the community who is eligible to donate. Organizers are encouraging Winnipeg residents to book an appointment and help fill the more than 100 available donation spots. Appointments can be booked through the GiveBlood app, by calling 1-888-2-DONATE (1-888-236-6283), or by visiting Blood.ca. Take a few minutes to book an appointment.
