HARVEST HARMONY – Fall Fair and Ryga Festival Kickoff!

A Swingin’ Celebration of Community, Music, and Local Flavor! Summerland, BC — Mark your calendars for Friday, September 12, because something truly special is brewing in Summerland! Four of your cherished local organizations — the Summerland Community Centre, Ryga Arts Festival, Summerland Fall Fair, and the South Okanagan Big Band — are joining forces again to present Harvest Harmony, a vibrant occasion with dance lessons, local edibles, live music, and … dance! But this is more than a party — it’s a celebration of our community spirit as we kick off the Fall Fair and Ryga Festival. Not only that, as a fundraiser, every ticket sold will help fuel up all four of these incredible not-for-profit groups. 💃 First: Kick Off the Evening with Swing Dance Fun! From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., the fabulous Natalie Hobbs will lead a lively swing dance lesson. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a total beginner, Natalie’s infectious energy will have you twirling, stepping, and smiling your way into the evening. 🍽️ Tasty Bites & Refreshments After dancing up an appetite, enjoy a spread of light food and refreshments featuring locally sourced delights. Our local culinary partners are preparing a number of delectable nibblies. 🎷 Live Music and Dance The celebration continues with a live performance by the South Okanagan Big Band. Show off your new moves or simply sit back and soak in the swingin’ sounds — either way, the music will move you. 🍻 Sip & Savor Enjoy a selection of beer, cider, and wine available at wallet-friendly prices to keep the good vibes flowing all evening. 🎟️ Tickets & Info All this — including the dance instruction, food, and live music — is for just $30 per person!
