CASA Mental Health is excited to introduce a new family FUNdraising event! This ride honours CASA’s approach to mental health care, celebrating the vitally important role that family and community play in the treatment of each child and youth. Come experience how cycling can be a tool to support your mental health. Join us at the beautiful Northeast River Valley Park on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025 for the CASA Minds Over Mountains Cycle Tour Family Ride. This event is open to riders of all ages and abilities, with beginner, intermediate and advanced routes available. Note that some parts of the routes may be on gravel paths. All bicycles are welcome, including but not limited to traditional, electric, tandem and three-wheeled trikes. Festival Join us at the start/finish line for the Family Ride Festival before and after the ride! Enjoy a BBQ, refreshments and family-friendly activities. Check back here for more updates closer to the event. Fundraising Fundraising is optional but encouraged. Riders and families are welcomed to register as a team. Compete against other individuals, families and teams to see who can raise the most money. Top fundraisers will receive a prize, while the funds raised directly support providing free mental health care for more children, youth and families across Alberta. Fundraising will be open until Tuesday, Sept. 30. Participants will receive prizes based on how much they fundraise. The more you fundraise, the more you get! Prizes will be automatically tracked and available for pick up on Saturday, Sept. 20.
