The department of psychology at UBC Okanagan is organizing MindFest 2024 on June 26, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Rotary Centre for the Arts.
Free to attend, MindFest is a local campaign to foster the community’s enthusiasm and support for everything psychology!
UBCO wants to share brain-related research that is underway at its facilities with the community.
As such, the university will be holding presentations from psychology labs, ‘networking time’ with food and musical entertainment, a chance to win raffle prizes from local businesses, and live music from local country singer Ben Klick.
Attendees can vote for the best presentation and field of psychology that they feel most benefits the community.
