Philip Ridley’s new play is a darkly funny morality play about a hot theatrical topic of the moment: the housing crisis. Fast-paced, provocative, and viciously sharp, this outrageous black comedy is a meditation on how far we will go to satisfy – and justify – materialistic greed, and how decent people are driven by desperation to stifle their consciences.
