This is a fast and flat run on pavement trough Gates Park and on the gravel surface of the beautiful trails of Colony Farm Park in Port Coquitlam. The event will be timed using the IPICO Sport chip timing system that allows for accurate and live results. All runners will receive a Finisher medal. Part of the proceeds from the event will go towards supporting the KidSport Tri-Cities Foundation. Our professional PA will keep you informed of the day’s schedule, play good music to keep you entertained before and after the race.
