Thu, Feb 11: Nova Scotia's premier delivered his State of the Province address to the Halifax Chamber of Commerce on Thursday. He told the audience the status quo will not work in this province and that he is prepared to make more tough decisions as government tries to balance the budget. Rebecca Lau has more.
