VANCOUVER – Officers probing a series of sexual assaults on the University of British Columbia’s Vancouver campus have received more than 100 tips in the two days since a composite drawing of the suspect was released.

RCMP Sgt. Peter Thiessen says 105 tips have come in since Tuesday and that many of them are highly valuable.

Thiessen says tipsters from across Canada have provided information in the case involving six attacks on women since April, including three last month.

The sketch shows the hoodie-clad, slightly unshaven Caucasian man with an olive skin tone, rounder chin, broad forehead, straight nose and short dark hair.

Security on the UBC campus was stepped up after one woman was assaulted in September and three were attacked last month before Mounties linked separate incidents in April and May to the same man.
