REGINA – Police are currently investigating Regina’s ninth homicide of 2013 after 18-year-old Nolen Boyd Tanner was killed on the 500 block of Montreal Street.
Police were called to the area after a report of a fight in a yard and on the street. When police arrived they found Tanner who had been shot and died at the scene.
A neighbor on the block heard five gunshots and saw the canine unit on scene. Several people were taken away by ambulance and several others were removed in handcuffs.
