TORONTO –  Toronto police Chief William Blair says investigators have recovered a video of Mayor Rob Ford as part of an investigation focused on a video purporting to show Ford smoking crack cocaine, as well as documents that include surveillance of the mayor and his friend Alexander “Sandro” Lisi. The documents were filed in support of a search warrant connected with Lisi, who was arrested on drug charges on Oct. 1., and is also charged with extortion.

The documents include allegations that have not yet been proven in court. They show that Lisi called Mohamed Siad, one of the people police believe was “trying to sell Mayor Ford crack video,” as well as an Anger Management Center in Toronto.
