There has been a lot of anecdotal evidence about the health benefits of exercise, but now Mobility BC is trying to see if exercise can be medicine. It has launched a study in conjunction with the Mood Disorders Association of BC looking at treating patients with anxiety and depression through group exercise. The main study launched this week but if there are enough participants, they will consider starting a second group. Please note this exercise sessions take place in Vancouver.
