At 6:45, we’ll have a conversation about transit in Halifax with the Director of Metro Transit, Eddie Robar. The organization just completed three days of public consultations on the future of transit in the city. We’ll find out what they learned, and what’s next.

It has been 40 years since the racehorse Secretariat won at the Belmont Stakes to capture the Triple Crown. At 7:15, we’ll find out more about the Canadian jockey who rode Secretariat to the win, Ron Turcotte, from documentary film maker Phil Comeau.

At 7:45, our financial guru Leanne Salyzyn will be back with advice for those who can’t seem to get ahead. She says making small changes to everyday spending could mean big savings.

It’s Foodie Tuesday, and at 8:15 we’ll get a preview of a big vegetarian feast being planned for this weekend.  It will include an eight-course meal, with wine pairings, and is a collaboration between chefs from Front and Central and Brooklyn Warehouse.
