MP Ray Boughen will not seek re-election

MOOSE JAW – A Saskatchewan Conservative M-P says he will not seek a third term in office when Canadians go to the polls again in 2015.

Ray Boughen, who captured the Palliser riding in 2008, says a policy of two terms and out makes good sense.

The former teacher and school principal was also a two-term mayor of Moose Jaw from 2000-2008.

Fellow Tory M-P Tom Lukiwski will run in Boughen’s place in the new Moose Jaw-Lake Centre-Lanigan riding in the next election.
