Mississauga’s latest murder victim found dead in home where mother died suspiciously

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Police have handed the death of a 41-year-old man in Mississauga to homicide investigators.

Peel Region Police found Caleb Harrison dead in a home on Pitch Pine Cres. Friday afternoon after being called because of a report of a man not breathing.

Police say the victim is the same man who was given an 18-month jail sentence in 2009 for a drunk driving accident that killed a taxi driver in 2005.

Harrison’s father died in the house in 2009 and his mother died in the house in 2010. His mother’s death is considered suspicious.

Investigators want to speak to anyone who may have seen or spoken to him in the hours before he died.
