CALGARY – Calgary Police are investigating what could be the city’s latest murder after a man was stabbed in the southeast community of Forest Lawn.
Police say they were called by witnesses at about 10:30 p.m. on Saturday night, after a man with multiple stab wounds was found collapsed in a Tim Horton’s parking lot.
He was rushed to the Foothills Hospital in critical condition and died of his injuries on Sunday morning.
Police are not releasing the name of the victim but say they believe he is in his forties.
Police have not yet named any suspects.
An autopsy is scheduled for this week.
