TORONTO – Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge have decided to wait to find out the sex of their baby until birth, so they must be compiling lists of possible names in the meantime.

Some U.K. betting shops highlight Catherine, Diana, William and Charles as possibilities…with the odds stacked against names like Rafa, Jahmene, Rylan and Arsene.
