Toronto homicide investigators searching Millard’s Waterloo-area farm

TORONTO – Toronto police homicide investigators are searching the farm of the man accused in Tim Bosma’s murder.

Dellen Millard owns a large plot of land that runs along Highway 401 on Roseville Road in Ayr, Ontario and police confirmed to Global News on Tuesday that they have obtained a search warrant for the farm land.

Millard bought the land for $835,000 in 2011.

Millard faces first degree murder charges in connection with the death of Ancaster man Tim Bosma who disappeared from outside of his rural Ancaster home on May 5.

His body was found badly burned in the Waterloo area on May 14.

Toronto Police would not confirm which homicide their search is connected with but various reports have suggested police were investigating a connection between Millard and missing Toronto woman Laura Babcock who disappeared in 2012.
