TORONTO – Police in Toronto are seeking the public’s help in a theft that took place in the College subway station Wednesday morning.
Toronto Police Services said they responded to an emergency call at the subway station. They found a woman suffering apparent injuries. The woman was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Police said foul play is not suspected in the woman’s death.
However, after she died, a suspect stole the victim’s purse.
The suspect is described as a white woman, 40, with brown hair. She is described as 5’4” and was last seen wearing a blue floral dress, wearing a white watch on her left wrist.
