Gallery: Canadian women’s soccer team wins Olympic bronze ‎

Canada’s women soccer players are celebrating a hard-fought bronze medal after a nail-biter against France in the Olympic semifinals. Diana Matheson of Oakville, Ontario fired a deflection into the French net in the 92nd minute to give Canada the win. This is Canada’s first Summer Games medal in a traditional team sport in the men’s basketball team won a silver medal in 1936.
