A Nova Scotia man has been arrested and charged following a collision in Sydney, N.S. on Saturday night.
Cape Breton Regional Police say they responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident on Lingan Road, shortly after 10 p.m.
The driver of one of the vehicles, a woman, sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 24-year-old man, was arrested and is now facing charges of impaired driving causing bodily harm.
Police say the man has been remanded in custody until his court appearance.
The investigation remains ongoing.
