An East Vancouver neighbourhood is a crime scene Wednesday morning after a shooting late Tuesday night.

Vancouver police responded to Kings Avenue, near Rupert Street, just before 11 p.m., where it appears bullet holes hit a home.

Holes can be seen in the roof.

Bullet casings could also be seen lying on the street as officers combed the scene for evidence.

Police say investigators believe this was a targeted shooting and have identified the intended victims, who are known to police.

Vancouver police said no one in the home was injured.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
