OTTAWA – It was break week on Parliament Hill, but that didn’t stop the games of political dodgeball.
Instead of dodging questions in the House of Commons, politicians had the chance to dodge questions in other parts of Canada.
This week Conservative MP Pierre Poilievre was in Alberta where he met up with Global National’s Francis Silvaggio to answer questions about why the Harper government was making millions in spending announcements after telling Canadians it would miss its targets for balancing the budget.
Silvaggio asked Poilievre seven different questions, but got the same answer for each one.
It’s a skill Poilievre seemed proud of.
