North Park neighbourhood stabbing sends teen to hospital

A stabbing in Saskatoon’s North Park neighbourhood has sent a teenager to hospital.

At around 10:50 p.m. CT on Friday, Saskatoon police received a call that person had been stabbed near the intersection of Prince of Wales Avenue and Windsor Street.

Officers arrived to find a 17-year-old boy with a stab wound in his back. He was taken to hospital by MD Ambulance in stable condition.

Police said the suspect is known to the victim.

The investigation is still ongoing.
