The Winnipeg-based low-cost air travel company NewLeaf said it plans to start flying out of Calgary by mid-December, two months earlier than anticipated.
In a news release Monday, NewLeaf Travel Company announced it will partner with Flair Airlines to offer flights to and from Calgary International Airport seven days a week during the holiday period.

The company boasts low fares for a limited period of time between Dec. 16 and Jan. 8, 2017.
NewLeaf began operating in July and was planning to expand to Calgary within five months.

The company announced it will provide daily flights between Calgary and Abbotsford, Hamilton, Halifax and Moncton.
