The second presidential debate between Republican nominee Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton sizzled from the very beginning. Here are some of the standout moments and one-liners from Sunday night.

1. Trump and Clinton don’t shake hands

Unlike in the previous debate, the two candidates didn’t start the debate by shaking hands as they take the stage. Is this a one-liner? Not really – this is more about what wasn’t said: namely, a friendly hello.

2. Clinton says Trump “not fit to be president”

Responding to questions about Trump’s comments about kissing women, which were in a 2005 tape that surfaced over the weekend, Clinton said that her opponent is not fit to be president.

“Donald Trump is different. I said, starting back in June, that he was not fit to be president and commander in chief,” she said. “What we all saw and heard on Friday was Donald talking about women, what he thinks about women, what he does to women, and he has said the video doesn’t represent who he is. But I think it’s clear to anyone who heard it, that it represents exactly who it is.”

“Today” show personality Billy Bush, who was speaking to Trump in the 2005 tape, has been suspended from his job.
